We accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours after order placement. Please message us as soon as possible to process it.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Does “free shipping” include customs or import taxes?
No. Free shipping refers only to courier charges. Import fees (if any) are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
